We are hiring 10 restaurant staff to work from 01/20/2026 until 06/30/2026. Workers will work at 961 West Commercial Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309 and 637 State Road 7 Hollywood, Fl. 33002. Workers will work onsite at all times.
Front of house restaurant staff
- This will include greeting and conversing with customers and answering their questions, taking customer orders, serving food and beverages to customers, refilling beverages as well as maintaining a pleasant dining table space for the customers.
- Workers may clear dishes as necessary during and after customer meals. Workers will also present bills to customers, accept payment, and process payment all while maintaining the utmost professionalism.
- Workers will be paid at a rate of $18.71. Overtime may be available and will be paid at $28.07. Workers will be paid at least once every two weeks. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence.
- Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 p/day during travel to a maximum of $68 p/day with receipts.
- The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
- Employer will use a single workweek as its base for computing wages due.
- H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the 1st workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs. Employer will make all deductions required by law.
- Days and shifts may vary. Workers can expect at least a 40 hour work week with expected 5 day, 8 hour per day minimum each week. Typical shifts are 9am-5pm, but can vary.
