Nurturing Seedz Globally llc, located at 1900 Oakland Park Blvd, Unit 5301 Oakland Park, Florida. 33310 needs needs 20 Construction - General
Labor Assistants from April 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026. Work will be performed at or near 52 N Yewdall Street Philadelphia, PA. 19139.
No expierence or training is required. Workers will assist construction workers with entry level labor. Workers will assist with site cleaning and
preparation so that construction workers can work on various construction related projects. Workers will prepare sites by moving materials and
equipment as well as cleaning debris before, during and/or after a workday.
Workers maybe use basic hand tools to provide assistance to construction workers as directed by the more experienced workers and
supervisors. Workers must be able to lift at least 30lbs and perform strenuous work outside while standing. Work hours will be 6:00am - 2:30 pm at a rate of $28.19 per hour up to 40 hours/week and then $42.29 per hour for overtime hours. The employment is on a full-time temporary basis. The worker will be paid at least every two weeks.The Employer can provide housing at the request of the workers. If the worker selects to use the Employer's housing, then the Employer will deduct the reasonable fair market value of the housing from the worker's pay. 

The Employer will make all other deductions required by law. Employer will use a single work week as its standard for computing wages. Employer will reimburse H-2B worker in the first week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other fees as required by law. If worker travels from abroad, travel expenses will be reimbursed. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed, if earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to a subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and
reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of  $68.00 per day with receipts.
Employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the assigned duties. Worker is offered
employment for a total number of hours equal to at least ³⁄4 of the workdays for each 12 week period, if the period of
employment is 120 or more days, or each 6 week period, if the period of employment is less than 120 days.
